Chia Shake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 serving vanilla Life Time Fitness D.TOX Shake Mix
  • 1 serving Life Time Fitness Fiber
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
